Terms governing access to PRIME SKY websites and software services.
Effective date: August 8, 2026
1. Use of the service
PRIME SKY services may be used only for lawful purposes and only with accounts, assets and third-party services the user is authorized to access.
2. Authorized integrations
Users are responsible for maintaining valid authorization for any third-party account connected to PRIME SKY and for complying with the applicable platform terms.
3. Prohibited use
Users may not use PRIME SKY to gain unauthorized access, circumvent platform security or access controls, impersonate another person or organization, or perform deceptive or unlawful activity.
4. Service availability
Some features depend on third-party APIs and external services. Functionality may change if those platforms modify permissions, endpoints, policies or availability.
5. User responsibility
Users remain responsible for reviewing configurations and outcomes before activating any externally visible, billable or irreversible action.
6. Intellectual property
PRIME SKY software, interfaces, documentation and original materials remain the property of their respective owner unless otherwise stated.
